You or Your Family Member Has Been Arrested. Now What?
After an arrest, you will be placed on an immigration hold. We will meet with you and your family and demand that I.C.E. provide a reason for your arrest and continued detention. We will analyze your case and determine whether you qualify to be released on bond and are able to obtain relief from deportation or any other lawful status. Bonds are set on a case by case basis by a government official that does not know you.
